1. Service Agreement
By engaging Safii Cloud for malware removal services, you authorize us to access your website files and database for the purpose of remediation.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
Our 100% money-back guarantee applies if we are unable to fully clean the identified malware from your WordPress installation. This does not apply to underlying structural damage or external blacklists that require time to resolve.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution, Safii Cloud is not liable for data loss or site downtime that may occur during the aggressive remediation process. We always recommend taking a full backup before services begin.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the cleanup. For enterprise clients, custom terms may apply as specified in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
